At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most.

About the Revenue team

The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.

About the Role

Affirm is seeking a dynamic and passionate Partner Marketing Lead to support and coordinate co-marketing initiatives with our valued merchants across North America. You will help plan and execute strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and other emerging channels. These campaigns will be designed to drive revenue growth, GMV, customer acquisition, and measurable value for Affirm and our merchant partners.

You’ll work closely with external partners and internal cross-functional teams, including Client Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal and Compliance, to coordinate and deliver impactful campaigns aimed at driving GMV (gross merchandise volume), brand awareness, new user acquisition, and lifetime value. You should feel comfortable working across several industries, including home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail. You’re a collaborative marketer who is eager to navigate complex challenges, deliver strong execution, and build trusted relationships with marketing counterparts.

What You’ll Do

- Support the development and coordinate the execution of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels, including onsite, offsite, and affiliate. This includes supporting go-to-market plans, monthly planning, and cross-functional campaign delivery.

- Build and nurture day-to-day marketing relationships with a set of merchant partners, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support growth.

- Support the marketing strategy and campaign performance of assigned merchant partners, identifying opportunities to grow merchant investment and contribute to revenue, GMV, and performance goals.

- Execute and optimize Affirm Marketing Solutions programs across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels.

- Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations that improve future investment, iROAS, and program performance.

- Serve as a merchant advocate and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to improve execution, streamline processes, and share campaign learnings.

- Coordinate inbound RFP requests, supporting the development of dedicated marketing plans and materials for prospective partners.

- Help identify campaign targets based on business goals focused on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.

- Work closely with the media agency, Growth Marketing, and Brand and Creative teams to coordinate media plans, creative briefs, and content development.

- Support business-critical processes, including partner marketing budget tracking, the comprehensive co-marketing calendar, compliance submissions, and campaign documentation.

- Leverage industry knowledge and research to contribute to vertical-specific marketing strategies and plans that support business goals.

What We Look For

- 6+ years of experience in Partner, Performance, Affiliate, or Product Marketing.

- Experience working with partners to develop plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.

- Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.

- A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.

- Analytical and data-oriented, with a focus on using performance metrics to build campaigns that deliver results.

- Experience using performance analytics to identify insights and continuously optimize campaigns.

- A commercial mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to grow partner investment and contribute to revenue and performance goals.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

- The ability to influence others and coordinate resources and relationships to deliver strong results.

- A motivated self-starter who looks for opportunities to share knowledge and improve how the team works.

- An understanding of the paid media landscape, including cross-media strategy, planning, and measurement.

- Experience writing creative briefs, testing creative, and adapting campaigns based on insights.

- Experience working with online retail, merchandising, and customer acquisition.

- Experience with both online and in-store retail marketing.

- Experience marketing across North America, particularly the US and Canada, preferred.

- Experience in the home, fitness, consumer electronics, or fashion industries is a plus.
