Advance AI/automation initiatives by actively improving processes through the use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation tools.
Support M&A transaction accounting and the integration of acquired entities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry.
Active CPA license is required.
Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Hands-on experience executing SOX controls.
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Proactive team player who communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is required.

Preferred Qualifications
