This is a high-impact role designed for a strong technical accountant with a continuous improvement mindset, confidence in cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for using AI and automation to work smarter.

WHERE YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations for key general ledger areas including, but not limited to, internally developed software, compensation, prepaids, accruals, and fixed assets.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accruals.
Review GL accounting work prepared by our offshore accounting team for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting for CFO review.

Advance AI/automation initiatives by actively improving processes through the use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation tools.
Support M&A transaction accounting and the integration of acquired entities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry.
Active CPA license is required.
Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Hands-on experience executing SOX controls.
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Proactive team player who communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI/automation to improve processes.
Experience with Oracle Fusion.
