Strong discovery, consultative selling, value framing, and customer presentation skills.
Experience managing customer relationships and multi-stakeholder opportunities through a defined sales process.
Strong renewal, pipeline, CRM, and forecast discipline, with reliable follow-through.
A customer-first approach, bias for action, self-awareness, and willingness to learn from coaching and feedback.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead virtual and on-site customer workshops.

Desirable

Experience selling workflow, productivity, collaboration, project management, CRM, or other horizontal SaaS products.
Experience growing adoption across multiple teams or business units within mid-market customers.
Familiarity with structured qualification, account planning, or value-selling methods.
