Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise (East)

Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team building developer tools trusted by more than 20 million monthly users. We are seeking a results-oriented Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise to drive growth within our existing user base and acquire new commercial customers.

• Meet with prospects to generate interest in purchasing commercial Docker products
• Identify expansion opportunities with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
• Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly cadence
• Spearhead growth and adoption of Docker within existing user base
• Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and inform product roadmap
• Engage in team development and mentoring

• 2+ years of sales experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers; preference for technical products to developer and engineering personas
• Demonstrated track record of success
• Experience with technical products or aptitude to learn complex technical concepts
• Experience with Open Source Software business models preferred
• Experience with all aspects of B2B technology sales
• Ability to structure, control, and lead calls
• High integrity and team-first mentality
• Sales training and Salesforce experience a plus

Canada: CA$147K – CA$210K OTE + equity; United States: $101.5K – $145K OTE + equity.
