Terms of use
Plain-language rules for posting, paid placement, account use, and refunds.
Posting rules
- Listings must be for real, currently-open roles. Reposting a filled role to keep it visible is not allowed.
- Salary range is required — listings without one cannot be published.
- The application URL or email must point to your own hiring flow. Third-party aggregator posts are not permitted unless the poster owns the hiring relationship.
- No misleading titles, salary stretches you can't actually pay, or "fake remote" listings that require relocation.
Paid placements
- Sponsored, Featured, and Boosted placements are labelled wherever they appear.
- Refunds for paid placements are pro-rated to days remaining if the role is filled and you ask in writing.
Account use
- One account per person. Posting on behalf of multiple companies is fine; impersonation isn't.
- We may suspend an account that repeatedly violates the posting rules. We'll explain why in writing.
Liability
We make no guarantees about hires resulting from a listing — that's between you and the candidate. Aggregate metrics (applies, placement) are surfaced honestly per the audit rules; nothing is invented.
