Account Executive, Small Business

Company: Brex is an intelligent finance platform enabling companies to spend smarter and move faster in over 200 markets. It combines global corporate cards, banking, spend management, bill pay, and travel software, with AI-native automation. Customers include DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, Plaid, Reddit, and SeatGeek.

Role: As an Account Executive, Small Business, you will work with founders, co-founders, C-suite executives, controllers, and VPs of Finance to generate net-new revenue and grow the Brex brand. You will manage a full pipeline and ensure success at every level.

• Close net new business with a focus on professionally funded companies.
• Become trusted account advisors by managing accounts and being strategic in inbound and outbound sales.
• Engage with businesses at all points of the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and close.
• Develop strategic plans to close more companies and generate more revenue.
• Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement.
• Work closely with Startups Ambassadors to bring in referrals.

• 18+ months of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience, including 6+ months of closing experience.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota, President's Club, or top 10% of your team.
• Comfortable running discovery and closing conversations with C-suite decision makers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: The expected OTE range is $100,000 - $125,000, including base salary and commissions. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.
