AI Implementation Manager, Service Management

We are seeking an AI Implementation Manager to join a newly formed team bringing Asana Service Management to IT and service teams. This hybrid role combines Customer Success, implementation consulting, and product strategy, partnering with Account Executives to design, deploy, and scale AI workflows for enterprise customers.

• Lead customer engagements from post-sale ideation through delivery, accelerating time to first value.
• Develop understanding of IT and service management workflows to bring high-value AI use cases.
• Provide hands-on guidance for configuration and migration of legacy workflows.
• Identify deployment risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build reusable playbooks and drive change management.
• Surface customer feedback to product and sales leadership.

• 3+ years in technical Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Management Consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT and service team personas.
• Experience helping customers adopt AI/ML tools.
• Proficiency in product demonstrations and workshops.
• Data literacy; familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Python, or SQL is a plus.

Estimated base salary range: $133,000 - $151,000. Additional components may include equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
