As an Applied AI team member, you will be a pre-sales architect and trusted technical advisor helping large enterprises integrate and deploy Claude into their technology stack. You'll architect LLM solutions, guide customers from discovery to deployment, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences.
• Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude effectively.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager).
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Strong technical communication with diverse stakeholders including C-suite.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.

Annual Salary: £165,000—£190,000 GBP (OTE for sales roles includes commissions/bonuses target and base salary).
