Role
Docker is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to qualify leads for commercial and enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Use prospecting strategies to reach existing Docker users with propensity to acquire commercial licenses
- Identify prospect needs and challenges, determine interest, and schedule discovery meetings
- Achieve target number of qualified prospects and new opportunities
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries
- Craft a great first impression and add value during every customer touchpoint
- Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback
- Engage in team development and mentoring
Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in a Sales role
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Proactive and driven
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Willingness to gain strong understanding of industry and product value propositions
- High integrity and team-first mentality
- Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation & Equity
United States: $59.5K – $85 OTE + equity
