Business Development Representative

Docker is a leading developer tools company trusted by over 20 million monthly users and 20 billion container image pulls. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building products like Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.

Docker is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to qualify leads for commercial and enterprise accounts.

• Use prospecting strategies to reach existing Docker users with propensity to acquire commercial licenses
• Identify prospect needs and challenges, determine interest, and schedule discovery meetings
• Achieve target number of qualified prospects and new opportunities
• Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries
• Craft a great first impression and add value during every customer touchpoint
• Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback
• Engage in team development and mentoring

• 1+ years of work experience in a Sales role
• Demonstrated track record of success
• Proactive and driven
• Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
• Willingness to gain strong understanding of industry and product value propositions
• High integrity and team-first mentality
• Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred

United States: $59.5K – $85 OTE + equity
