Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Tech)

Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests, passion, and trust, with 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors. We are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager for the Tech vertical of Large Customer Sales.

This role is required to be based out of San Francisco or LA. You will collaborate closely with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit.

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both agencies and Fortune 500 clients, to drive year-on-year revenue growth.
• Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations.
• Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices.
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, and partner with Client Partners to craft media plans.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
• Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders and shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train other team members.

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; Tech client experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Comfortable with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis.
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Base salary range: $135,100—$189,200 USD. Eligible for equity (RSUs) and commission.
