Creative Strategist - App Dev

Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests, passion, and trust. Reddit's KarmaLab is the creative engine behind the Global Sales Organization, helping brands show up on Reddit authentically. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to support Reddit's growing App Development business, shaping creative strategy for app advertisers while partnering across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

• Build creative strategies and campaign concepts for app advertisers
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on pitches, RFPs, presentations, workshops, and client storytelling
• Act as a creative consultant and Reddit platform expert for App Dev-focused clients and agency partners
• Translate business challenges and growth objectives into culturally resonant Reddit-native ideas

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in advertising, media, social, PR, or creative strategy
• Experience building and pitching strategy-led presentations
• Strong understanding of brands, agencies, and media/platform ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Slides

• Creative Strategy or platform experience at a social, mobile, or advertising technology company
• Experience supporting app, gaming, mobile, or performance-driven advertisers
• Agency, media, or integrated marketing experience
• Experience writing professionally for digital or social platforms

Base salary range $115,500—$161,700 USD, plus equity in the form of restricted stock units and commission. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401k with employer match, flexible vacation, paid parental leave, mental health coaching, family planning support, and more.
