Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA)

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA) to join its Sales Finance team. The role provides strategic, cross-functional assistance to sales contracting and financial compliance, process improvements, and building scalable solutions to help sales and leadership make informed decisions. The team is distributed across all GEOs and collaborates with customer-focused functions including ELT, SLT, Sales, Tech Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.

• Act as a business partner to Sales and Finance in developing strategies for complex deals with a focus on financial and revenue compliance.
• Execute and maintain EMEA geographic Deal Desk support framework and provide support for super-geo Manager.
• Enforce and manage approvals for non-standard deals and collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Serve as a trusted adviser to sales executives on pricing, product configuration, and business terms.
• Drive decision reviews, approvals, and execution across competencies (quoting, legal, revenue, etc.).
• Support global Deal Desk leadership and propose initiatives for long-term strategy.
• Assess financial and revenue risk on non-standard deals, propose custom terms, coordinate cross-departmental approvals, and maintain legal language templates.
• Understand and enforce revenue recognition policies and support RFP/RFI/Vendor Questionnaires.
• Create and manage CRM workflows for Deal Desk engagement and revenue team alerting.
• Conduct due diligence for changes in offerings and identify process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Administration, or related.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite, and Salesforce (CPQ a plus).
• Experience in SaaS or high-tech company is a plus.

The typical starting salary range for this role is €42,800—€67,700 EUR. This role is base salary only, with no variable compensation component.
