The Senior Delivery Consultant turns solution visions into working systems, building interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations, and running customer sessions to close the gap between design and reality. The role is remote within the US, with an office in New York.

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations.
• Make design decisions based on user feedback.
• Build efficiently with AI and reinvest time in customer engagement.
• QA work against user behavior.
• Create reusable build patterns.
• Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days.

• 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
• Hands-on technical depth with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Ability to communicate with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Ability to read underlying constraints and redirect customers.
• Proven ability to master complex platforms quickly.
• Collaborative with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York: $183,000—$237,900 USD. For all other work locations (including remote): $165,000—$215,300 USD. Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
