The Delivery Consultant turns a solution vision into systems that achieve outcomes, building interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations, and running customer sessions to close the gap between design and reality.

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations.
• Make calls that close the gap between designed and real; bring solutions, not just flags.
• Build efficiently with AI and reinvest saved time in customer engagement.
• QA work against user behavior.
• Create reusable build patterns.
• Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days.

• 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
• Hands-on technical depth with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Ability to communicate with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Read the question behind the question; surface real constraints and present trade-offs.
• Hold yourself to outcomes, not delivery.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, the on-target earnings range is $183,000—$237,900 USD. For all other work locations (including remote), the on-target earnings range is $165,000—$215,300 USD.

Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
