As a Delivery Engineer III, you will own post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic clients, driving data trust and embedding Mixpanel into customers' data stacks. You will consult on data architecture, manage technical projects, and build AI automations for customer data management.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients, including data quality and tech stack integration.
- Align with pre-sales teams and consult on business goals and metrics.
- Engage with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams for technical onboarding and optimization.
- Deliver technical services from data architecture consultations to adoption best practices.
- Create scalable data governance practices and execute data optimization projects.
- Build AI automations and consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transformation in SQL, dbt, Python, or BI tools.
- Familiar with cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure.
- Familiar with product analytics implementation methods (SDKs, CDPs, Event Streaming, Reverse ETL).
- Has embedded AI into workflows and familiar with MCP servers.
- Experience in customer success, consulting, or technical project management.
Compensation
Total target cash compensation: $137,000—$185,000 USD, plus equity and benefits.
