Delivery Solutions Architect

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) at Databricks, you will collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform with Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers. This hybrid technical and commercial role involves leading post-sale technical strategy, building executive relationships, and driving customer success.

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans
• Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for Databricks use cases
• Serve as accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers
• Be first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live
• Leverage Shared Services, User Education, and Support resources
• Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production
• Partner with Product and Engineering on innovations and previews
• Develop execution plans across customer-facing technical roles
• Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting experience
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior executives
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Local Pay Range: $180,000—$247,500 USD. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Databricks offers comprehensive benefits; details vary by region.
