About the Role

As Director of Product Marketing for AI, you will lead and develop a high-performing team while overseeing end-to-end marketing strategy across Agent Bricks (our enterprise agent platform) and core machine learning products. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will define and execute marketing strategies that drive AI adoption, enable sales and partners, generate pipeline, and drive developer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy and planning, ensuring alignment across teams and consistent execution.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous development.
- Build and land collaterals for key channels across sales, partner, and demand generation, including content campaigns and events.
- Establish and operationalize an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs focused on winning AI mindshare, driving pipeline, and product adoption.
- Build strong partnerships with product and engineering teams to launch new products.
- Build trust with customers and amplify their agentic AI success stories.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical product marketing experience in an enterprise software company, including experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI decision makers and builders (developers, AI engineers), and experience building relevant content for them.
- Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials, and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel.
- Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements.
- Preferred: BS in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with MBA.
Compensation
Pay ranges are provided by zone. Zone 1: $240,100—$330,100 USD; Zone 2: $216,100—$297,100 USD; Zone 3: $204,100—$280,600 USD; Zone 4: $192,100—$264,100 USD. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, certifications, and location. The total package may include annual performance bonus and equity.

Location
While candidates in the listed locations (San Francisco, California) are encouraged, remote candidates in other West Coast locations are also considered.
