Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence

Peloton is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, operational excellence, and cost management. This role involves network design, cost reduction programs, AI-driven analytics, and cross-functional alignment.

• Develop and implement a multi-year supply chain roadmap aligned with corporate growth and fiscal objectives.
• Lead design and optimization of global distribution and logistics network.
• Serve as key advisor to executive leadership on supply chain trends, risks, and investment opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Establish and manage cost-reduction programs targeting delivery, service & repair, refurbishment, and transportation.
• Drive "Quality-by-Design" initiatives to optimize product reliability and reduce total cost of quality.
• Oversee supply chain budget and implement total landed cost models.
• Partner with analytics engineering to define and build dbt data models.
• Incorporate AI tools into analytical workflows and build AI-assisted data capabilities.
• Use data to develop feedback loops for continuous improvement of member experience.
• Develop and monitor KPIs focused on cost-to-serve, perfect order fulfillment, and working capital efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree/MBA highly preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency with hands-on experience building models and conducting deep-dive analyses.
• Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with dbt or modern analytics engineering workflows strongly preferred.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into personal data workflows and helping non-technical teams adopt AI-assisted approaches.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Base salary range: $244,000—$310,900 USD.
