Senior Director, Product & Technology Finance

Reddit is seeking a Senior Director, Product and Technology Finance to provide strategic financial leadership in partnership with the Engineering organization. This role will drive alignment and resourcing planning decisions, own financial forecasts, and support the CTO and CPO in product rationalization.

• Develop and build a Product Finance function, establishing processes that align financial rigor with product velocity.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to provide financial modeling for key business decisions, including resource prioritization and ROI.
• Deliver engineering P&Ls, owning forecasts, annual operating plan, budget tracking, and long-range planning.
• Track and report KPIs against strategic Cloud Hosting agreements, optimizing costs across a dual cloud environment.
• Support business development and corporate development initiatives, including M&A evaluation.
• Provide strategic input through complex financial models and presentations.
• Develop strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.

• BA/BS in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or similar quantitative discipline; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of FP&A experience, with 2+ years supporting cloud infrastructure and cost analysis, and 5+ years of people management.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud products.
• Experience in investment banking or consulting required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, planning, forecasting, and large data sets.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Base salary range: $260,000—$390,000 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
