Embedded AI Expert

Cresta is seeking an Embedded AI Expert to work closely with customers in a tactical execution role. You will configure and maintain Cresta's self-service product, Opera, and build insight/performance reports. You will monitor trends and anomalies using the Cresta application, respond to ad hoc business requests for analysis, and provide mentoring and support for customers' analysts.

• Operationalize customer program strategy using Cresta's self-service product, Opera.
• Obtain Opera certification and use keyword and utterance rules to identify key moments in contact center conversations.
• Use Cresta's voice analytics tools to understand emerging topics and communicate them to customers.
• Monitor trends and anomalies to identify emerging topics and insights.
• Align customer business priorities with contact center operations.
• Respond to ad hoc business requests for analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor and support customers' analysts in using Cresta tools.
• Collaborate with Cresta team and customers to maximize value.

• 1-5 years relevant experience.
• Contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with SaaS software and adapting to new tools.
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Familiarity with speech analytics preferred.
