Enterprise Account Executive, Growth

About the role: MongoDB is seeking a hardworking, driven Enterprise Account Executive to focus on new business acquisition, formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition. This role is based remotely in Chicago.

What you will be doing: Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline; strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users; build strong relationships; partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services; work with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners; participate in sales enablement trainings including Sales Bootcamp.

What you will bring: 5+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced market with a focus on closing net new logos; ability to open new accounts and run complex sales processes; track record of overachievement; ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology; skilled in building business champions; driven and competitive; fluent in English; must live in territory.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range for U.S. is $150,000—$150,000 USD.
