Opportunity
As an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth, you will drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring adoption of MongoDB solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
- Grow current customer base by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships
- Build sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari while maximizing prospecting tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience with focus on closing new workloads and expanding accounts
- Demonstrated ability to expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across organization
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Co-selling with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large GSIs is a plus
- Must live in territory (flexible work model)
- Fluent in English
Compensation
Base salary range for U.S.-based candidates: $150,000—$150,000 USD.
