Global Payroll Transformation Senior Manager

Role: The Senior Global Payroll Transformation Manager drives and supports global payroll initiatives across compliance, equity, mobility, and payroll-related projects. This role enhances payroll processes, ensures global compliance, and delivers continuous improvements to the employee experience. The role can be based in Austin, TX (hybrid) or remote from anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: Represent payroll in cross-functional initiatives; lead global payroll projects; drive system implementations and vendor integrations; develop business cases; implement process improvements; standardize processes; improve employee experience; identify risks and mitigation; conduct root cause analysis; develop metrics and analytics; build team capability; integrate payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors); lead change management; ensure documentation. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of progressive payroll experience, including leading global payroll projects in a multinational environment; proven track record of delivering large-scale projects; expertise in project management; experience managing concurrent global initiatives; ability to operate across regions (NAM, EMEA, LATAM, APAC); experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with process standardization; working knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors); excellent communication skills. Compensation: Base salary range $101,000–$198,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
