About the Role: Anthropic is seeking a GSOC Response & Policy Program Specialist to define how its Global Security Operations Center detects, responds to, and recovers from incidents affecting people, facilities, and operations. This role involves authoring the GSOC plan and policy, designing incident-specific response protocols, building on-call rotations, and coordinating with Legal, HR, and Communications. The specialist will also act as the standing liaison between GSOC and Crisis Management, run after-action reviews, and measure policy adherence.
Responsibilities: Author the GSOC plan and policy, design global incident response protocols, obtain approval for tooling, partner with Legal and Communications, design on-call rotations, drive policy socialization, build training, assist in incident response, and run after-action reviews.
Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in GSOCs, security operations, emergency or crisis management, business continuity, incident command, or related discipline; bachelor's degree or higher; experience authoring approved security/safety/emergency response policy; experience as Incident Commander; working knowledge of ISO 22320:2018 or equivalent incident command systems; strong writing skills; ability to manage document-heavy programs; flexible schedule including 24/7 on-call.
Compensation: Annual salary $180,000—$230,000 USD.
