GTM Operations Associate

Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era. The GTM Operations Associate - Channels & Alliances will join a global team driving Datadog's next phase of growth. This role serves as an operational partner to the Channels & Alliances organization, executing critical business operations, supporting reporting and business systems, and scaling operational processes.

• Own recurring operational processes for the global Channels & Alliances organization.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, partner performance, and key metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for operational processes and system enhancements.
• Create process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Serve as a trusted operational resource, balancing multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or similar, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards, CRM data best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with business systems and operational tooling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability.

• Experience supporting Channels & Alliances/Partnerships.
• Experience with third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, AI/LLM tools, or no-code platforms.
