About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. What You'll Do

  • Support configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness.
  • Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Support system releases and enhancements, including testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues.
  • Train and enable team members on new and existing processes and functionality.
  • Build and maintain SOPs and job aids for accurate, scalable HRIS processes.
  • Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

What You Need

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support.
  • Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment and controls.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting a Workday implementation post-production stabilization.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, or security concepts.
  • Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Background in a high-growth tech or fintech environment, ideally with global scope.

Target base salary $110K – $155K, plus equity. Benefits include flexible PTO, health and wellness stipend, home-office equipment, and more. US employees receive 100% medical, dental & vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, parental leave, and other perks.
