Incentive Compensation Systems Manager

The Incentive Compensation Systems Manager will join the Incentive Compensation (IC) team to drive systemization, automation, and continuous improvement of commission operations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation.

• Map current-state workflows across plan administration, calculation, approvals, and payout.
• Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and tooling to replace manual processes.
• Own Xactly ICM instances (Incent and Connect), configuring calculation rules and plan logic.
• Identify AI/LLM-driven automation opportunities for exception detection, data reconciliation, and plan document review.
• Ensure incentive compensation systems are properly integrated with clean data flow.
• Establish documentation, standard operating procedures, and controls.
• Set up a continuous improvement cadence and support cross-functional enablement.

• 5+ years in incentive compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or related systems/process improvement.
• Hands-on SQL experience for querying and reconciling data.
• Experience building automated workflows using scripting, RPA platforms, or ICM systems (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, SPIFF).
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), HRIS, data warehouses (BigQuery), and comp management platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical rigor.

In Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
