About the Role

The Detection & Response (D&R) team protects systems, users, and data. This senior-level Technical Program Manager role owns and evolves incident management, from detection through post-incident review, and drives cross-functional improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end incident management program, including detection workflows, response processes, and remediation tracking.
  • Serve as incident commander and run rotations for security incidents.
  • Drive post-incident accountability and ensure action items are completed.
  • Analyze incident trends and translate them into systemic fixes.
  • Lead post-mortems and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Partner with detection engineering and track KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in technical program management, incident management, or security operations.
  • Experience building incident response programs and turning data into improvements.
  • Comfortable with on-call and high-severity incidents.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $290,000—$365,000 USD

Logistics

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Hybrid policy: at least 25% in office. Visa sponsorship available.
