About the role
CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead Narrative Producer to join the team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. In this role you will be at the forefront of creative endeavors, guiding developers to deliver content and foster an innovative and collaborative production culture.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Producer to lead the development and growth of the production team.
- Drive narrative production including story, quest, mocap, perfcap, and VO recording.
- Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.
- Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams that are empowered to self-organize.
- Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.
- Ensure vision and goals are clearly defined and understood at all levels.
- Advocate for actionable improvements and challenge the status quo.
- Visualize, prioritize, and remove obstacles, encouraging teams to own and solve challenges.
- Lead team growth through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
- Experience in the development and shipping of AAA narrative RPG titles.
- Experience with producing narrative content in entirety, from story, through quest design, to cinematics and animation.
- Experience with Mocap, Perfcap, and VO production.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Experience building and growing teams.
- Thorough understanding of technical limitations and pipelines in game development, including technical engineering best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Proficiency in using project management tools.

Compensation & benefits
Estimated pay range: $143,000 - $218,500 USD annually. This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period).
