Lead / Manager

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own design for strategic initiatives within a product area, building software for the cab, yard, job site, and dispatch floor. You will frame problems, design and build experiences across web and mobile, and carry them through launch and iteration with product and engineering partners. You will engage directly with customers and leverage AI tools throughout the process.

• Lead large, ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Demonstrate good judgment and taste in deliverables.
• Regularly meet with strategic customers to bring the customer voice into product decisions.
• Leverage AI tools through every step of the process, defining new ways of working.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technology.
• Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps.
• Lead through building, not politics.

• 8+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
• A portfolio with case studies showing how you approached ambiguous, multi-part problems and what happened after shipping. Applications without a portfolio cannot be considered.
• Deep interaction and visual design skills, with judgment to know when to use established patterns or invent new ones.
• AI tools in regular design practice (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make), with shipped work attributable to them.
• Experience mentoring designers, formally or informally.
• Direct customer research experience and comfort using it to make product decisions.
• Experience shipping with cross-functional teams on short cycles.

Annual base salary range: $137,445—$231,000 USD. Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance.
