About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support Legal Platform Services, including Vendor Legal, Marketing Legal, and Commercial Legal teams. This role will drive contract operations and technology initiatives across multiple teams, partnering with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, Business Systems, Financial Systems, and Procurement to optimize workflows and implement scalable tools.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the Ironclad CLM platform, including system administration, workflow configuration, template management, approval routing, and integrations with Zip and Salesforce.
- Oversee contract database management, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Procurement, Financial Systems, Business Systems, IT, and vendors on system integrations, API connections, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create training materials, playbooks, and documentation for contract management systems.
- Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across contract operations.
- Build and manage department-wide reports and dashboards with detailed metrics for Legal Leadership.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as data field review and analysis, audits, and other projects.
- Oversee knowledge management, maintaining FAQs, intranet hubs, and template libraries.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of in-depth experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
- Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM/procurement platforms.
- Experience with additional tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful.
- Demonstrated success implementing legal technology solutions and process automation.
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders.
- In-house legal team experience at fast-paced companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong bias for action, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Base pay range (all other U.S. states): $88,000 - $138,000 per year. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
