Role
Join the Fraud and Safety Operations team to lead proactive fraud identification and mitigation, protecting the platform from emerging threats.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team analyzing large-scale fraud signals to develop platform-level controls.
- Analyze fraud trends using SQL and Python, and visualize findings with Tableau.
- Collaborate with data, product, trust & safety, legal, and policy teams to implement fraud countermeasures.
- Develop executive reports and fraud intelligence summaries.
- Respond to critical incidents and identify automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in fraud intelligence, risk analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python; experience with Tableau dashboards.
- Deep understanding of Account Takeover, scams, behavioral analysis, and risk controls.
- Working knowledge of cyber risk frameworks and digital forensics; certifications like CISSP, CHFI, CEH, GIAC, CFE, or Security+ preferred.
- Proven ability to produce clear investigative writing for executive audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $150,000—$185,000 USD. Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
