Manager, Product Design

Figma is a design collaboration platform on a mission to make design accessible to all. We are looking for a Manager, Product Design to lead a team of world-class designers inventing new ways for people to design and build products together.

• Manage and hire a group of world-class designers
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to improve team processes and execution
• Develop a perspective on product areas and advocate across the organization
• Run and improve team processes like critiques, reviews, and design sprints
• Stay in the work, managing people and overseeing strategy and execution

• 3+ years of design management experience
• Track record of building strong team culture and developing designers
• Hands-on expertise with Figma's tools
• Experience influencing teams through strategic thinking and communication
• Familiarity with AI developments, LLMs, code generation, and generative design tools

Annual base salary range: $204,000—$348,000 USD. Figma offers equity, health/dental/vision coverage, retirement benefits with company contributions, mental health and wellness benefits, paid flexible PTO, paid holidays, and an annual bonus plan for eligible roles.
