The Account Development Representative (ADR) is an entry-level sales role focused on hunting leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Samsara's full product line. This hybrid position is based in the Phoenix Metro Area, Arizona, requiring 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.

• Make 50 cold calls to prospective customers daily.
• Hunt for leads, map enterprise accounts, and build demand for Samsara's products.
• Work closely with top-tier executives and learn how sales organizations succeed.

Minimum: Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day; at least 6 months of sales experience or sales prospecting ability (including coursework or competitions); currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation.

Ideal: Growth mindset, collaborative, 6 months experience with Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo; ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage into daily operations.

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $49,204.80—$49,204.80 USD.
