Peloton Expert (Part-Time) - Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center

As a Peloton Expert, you will provide excellent in-store experiences and sales support within our retail stores. You will educate visitors on Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions, and close sales. This is a part-time role reporting to a Store Manager.

• Provide excellent service and solutions to current and future Members
• Stay current with new products, features, and content
• Help customers find the right product fit
• Meet or exceed performance goals
• Contribute to store activities including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing
• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives

• Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment
• Ability to create immersive customer experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for health and wellness

Hourly pay rate: $19 USD per hour. Eligible for monthly commission compensation plan.
