People Operations Partner, Employee Lifecycle

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI, a specialized cloud provider for compute-intensive workloads, publicly traded on Nasdaq since March 2025. We are hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, North America to drive employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada, with deep operational ownership in the US. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team, oriented around employee experience, systems, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

• End-to-end lifecycle operations across North America: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, and leave of absence administration across all US states and Canadian provinces in scope.
• Workday data integrity for the North America population, keeping records accurate and current.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiry handling across the region, escalating thoughtfully to PBPs or Legal.
• Own the operational partnership with Payroll on lifecycle transactions that affect pay.
• Identify workflow friction, design improvements, and ship them.
• Contribute to operational readiness as CoreWeave expands its US and Canadian footprint.
• Help build lifecycle processes and compliance documentation for federal government engagements, including E-Verify workflows and recordkeeping aligned to federal contractor requirements.

• 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with meaningful time in North America employment lifecycle work.
• Multi-state US experience and US multi-state employment law fluency.
• Workday HCM experience with a high standard for data integrity.
• Demonstrated process improvement instincts.
• High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack.
• Preferred: FedRAMP or federal contractor experience, Canadian provincial experience, Workday business process configuration, hypergrowth or AI-native background, active use of AI tools.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
