This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shaping how Engineering develops its people. You'll own talent programs end to end, from framing conversations with senior leaders to delivering programs at scale, including leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility, and succession. The role also involves understanding how AI is reshaping engineering roles and building AI-powered solutions within People.

• Design and lead complex talent programs for Engineering.
• Partner with PBPs and senior leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear goals and success measures.
• Help Engineering and People respond to AI's impact on roles and skills.
• Stay hands-on from concept through adoption.
• Work across Enablement, Learning, People Analytics, and People Systems.
• Equip PBPs with frameworks and tools for adoption.
• Evaluate impact using qualitative and quantitative data.

• Designed and delivered talent programs in a fast-growing global organization.
• Partnered directly with executives on strategic people questions.
• Comfortable setting direction and getting into detail.
• Data-fluent, pragmatic, outcome-focused.
• Builds consensus and challenges constructively.

The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $162,000—$216,000 USD.
