About the job

About the role

Twilio is seeking a Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager to drive pricing strategy, analytics, and operational execution for digital and product monetization initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Price Realization Strategy, you will shape global pricing and discounting frameworks, build executive-facing dashboards, and optimize revenue performance across the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute price optimization models blending price elasticity, competitive differentiation, and financial analysis.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Self-service Sales, Console Engineering, and Finance to align on product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Own design, optimization, and scaling of advanced pricing analytics dashboards (Tableau/Looker) and operational workflows.
  • Query and analyze complex datasets across sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financials to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge across GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance for pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of direct ownership over consumption-based pricing and monetization strategies within IaaS, PaaS, or developer-focused B2C/Product-led growth ecosystems.
  • Hands-on mastery of developing complex pricing models and monetization frameworks, plus 3+ years building analytics dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills, translating complex pricing concepts for senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.

Desired

  • Experience designing multi-product, platform-level pricing strategies for developer-focused B2C/PLG ecosystems.
  • Experience operationalizing dashboards in Tableau or Looker for executive insights.
  • Familiarity with regional pricing dynamics, multi-currency strategies, and regulatory constraints.
  • Consulting experience, MBA, or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
