Program Manager

As a Program Manager in Community Support, you will implement large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive strategic goals. You will serve as a bridge between critical business functions and deliver end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, and launch of initiatives.

• Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish strategic alignment and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute program plans to achieve performance metrics.
• Assess business and organization risk and make trade-off recommendations.
• Champion PMO ways of working and produce executive-ready documents.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA or Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of broad experience in customer service across contact center operations, digital support, and contact center technology.
• Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Organized and collaborative Senior Program Manager.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and influence senior leadership.

Base pay range: $156,000—$193,000 USD.

This role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
