Program Manager, Growth, Monetization & Strategic Initiatives

Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack. This Program Manager role serves as the operational backbone of pricing and monetization strategy, partnering with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering to turn pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs.

• Drive program governance and decision-making cadences.
• Lead Growth & Monetization planning with Sales & Engineering leadership.
• Track program deliverables and commitments end to end.
• Coordinate engineering timelines and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement and rollout.
• Manage sales escalations and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics on business metric requests.
• Report on outcomes like closed-lost-due-to-pricing and pricing impact.
• Operationalize pricing and program management playbooks.

• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally in B2B SaaS with consumption-based pricing.
• Track record of cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing and revenue data.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms and governance processes.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, BI tools like Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based platforms.
• PMP Certified.

Google Workspace (sheets)/Excel, Jira, Looker/Sigma/Hex, Notion, Salesforce, and Slack.

Oakland Pay Range: $139,729—$167,681.50 USD.
