The Opportunity

As part of the Regional Marketing team at Grafana Labs, you will help drive the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs across the Americas East and Canada regions. This role contributes to pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer expansion through a mix of field marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional campaigns.

You will act as a key partner to our go-to-market organization, developing a deep understanding of your region to design and execute high-impact marketing programs aligned to business priorities. This role is highly cross-functional and data-driven, and requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong lead follow-up, conversion, and pipeline progression.
  • Build and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, aligned with global campaigns, and tailored to regional needs.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally with all marketing teams, GTM functions, and key stakeholders, including Finance.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors, and proactively identify risks and resolve issues.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Located in the Eastern time zone
  • 5+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
  • Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
  • Experience with both hosted and third-party events
  • Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking) and marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel (~40%)

In the United States, the OTE compensation range for this role is $123,000 - 147,000.  Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
