Regional Sales Manager, Channel (West)

As a Regional Sales Manager (People Leader), you'll lead and develop a team of Regional Channel Sales Managers (CSMs) to scale Verkada's regional channel business across the West. This first-line manager role blends strategy with hands-on execution, driving above-quota performance through partner engagement, pipeline discipline, and executive relationships.

Annual OTE range $160,000—$220,000 USD.
