Pelotech | Staff Software Engineer | REMOTE (US Only) | Full-Time

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer who enjoys working directly with clients, mentoring engineers, and solving messy real-world problems.
You might call yourself a passionate polyglot, versatile specialist, or curious expert. We're looking for engineers with 5+ years of experience, strong backend skills, proficiency in languages such as TypeScript, Go, Python, Java, or Rust, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, AWS, and GCP.
We value curiosity, pragmatism, kindness, autonomy, and people who enjoy learning new technologies.
Compensation: $160k–$210k base salary + 10–20% profit sharing + full benefits.
