Ohr is building critical chemicals without oil refining and reinventing the infrastructure behind chemical manufacturing.

We're hiring a Founding AI Infrastructure Engineer to build AI-powered internal systems across laboratory operations, compliance, logistics, procurement, documentation, and intellectual property.

We're looking for engineers who enjoy automating messy, real-world workflows and building reliable systems that help organizations move faster. A blend of startup and big tech experience desired.

Relevant experience may include:

Internal tools and workflow automation APIs and systems integrations LLMs in production OCR, document processing, and knowledge systems Platform, backend, or infrastructure engineering

Compensation: $150k-$220k+ plus meaningful equity.

Due to export control regulations and customer requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens.
