What You'll Do
- Own and execute cross-functional enablement projects end to end.
- Design and deliver scalable enablement initiatives for continuous learning, onboarding, and field readiness.
- Lead programmatic enablement aligned to business priorities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear scope and metrics.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual enablement sessions.
- Drive change management and adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Post-Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Education, Product, and Engineering.
- Use metrics and feedback to optimize impact.
About You
- 3-5 years of Revenue Enablement experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Owned cross-functional enablement initiatives from intake to iteration.
- Designed enablement projects that improved productivity, pipeline, manager effectiveness, win rates, time to ramp, and customer outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills for live and virtual sessions.
- Used data and KPIs to evaluate success.
- Understanding of sales motions and methodologies.
- Technical acumen for complex products.
Nice to Haves
- Customer-facing GTM role experience.
- Experience with enablement tools like Highspot, Gong, Skilljar, Aircover.
- Familiarity with Postman, developer tools, APIs, or SDLC.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $117,000 - $143,000 plus equity. Benefits include full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, monthly lunch stipend, and more.
