Sales Enablement Program Manager

Postman is the world's leading API platform, used by 45M+ developers and 500K organizations. This role is part of the global go-to-market enablement team, reporting to the Manager, Revenue Enablement.

• Own and execute cross-functional enablement projects end to end.
• Design and deliver scalable enablement initiatives for continuous learning, onboarding, and field readiness.
• Lead programmatic enablement aligned to business priorities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear scope and metrics.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual enablement sessions.
• Drive change management and adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Post-Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Education, Product, and Engineering.
• Use metrics and feedback to optimize impact.

• 3-5 years of Revenue Enablement experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Owned cross-functional enablement initiatives from intake to iteration.
• Designed enablement projects that improved productivity, pipeline, manager effectiveness, win rates, time to ramp, and customer outcomes.
• Strong facilitation skills for live and virtual sessions.
• Used data and KPIs to evaluate success.
• Understanding of sales motions and methodologies.
• Technical acumen for complex products.

• Customer-facing GTM role experience.
• Experience with enablement tools like Highspot, Gong, Skilljar, Aircover.
• Familiarity with Postman, developer tools, APIs, or SDLC.

Base salary: $117,000 - $143,000 plus equity. Benefits include full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, monthly lunch stipend, and more.
