This Salesforce Technical Architect role sits on the Enterprise Technology Apps RevTech team in Warsaw, reporting to the Lead Architect of Strategy & Planning. The role focuses on execution, operational enablement, and operational excellence of the architecture, overseeing solutions across Salesforce and integrated tooling like Roadrunner.io and Clay.io.
What you'll achieve
- Provide architectural guidance and structural governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems
- Own and maintain the Enterprise Technology tech stack and systems landscape for data integrity and cohesion
- Partner with leadership and the product team to align technical vision, execution strategy, and product roadmap
- Provide architectural guidance to the Salesforce Center of Excellence and cultivate platform standards
- Conduct vendor and tool assessments across the RevTech landscape
- Oversee CI/CD processes and environment strategies across deployment tools
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools; lead proof of concept efforts
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with ET teams (FinTech, MarTech, EDI) on reliable integrations using Salesforce-native patterns
- Provide escalation support for production issues and lead post-incident root cause analysis
About you
- Extensive Salesforce ecosystem experience in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity
- Ability to architect solutions beyond core Salesforce, integrating tools like Clay.io and Roadrunner.io
- Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce Flow
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, External Services, Connect) and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Informatica)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture, and large data volume management
- Experience with CI/CD and release management (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git), Salesforce DX, and unlocked packages
- Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong background in Salesforce Security architecture and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)
- Exposure to monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk or New Relic
- Familiarity with AI Agents, Agentforce, and intelligent automation in Salesforce ecosystems
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in English; Polish is a plus
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect) highly regarded
Compensation & benefits
Estimated base salary range: 26,417 - 30,000 PLN gross per month, plus equity (RSUs). Work arrangement
Office-centric hybrid schedule based in the Warsaw office. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; most employees can work from home on Wednesdays.
