  • Help create infrastructure to support consumption-based billing, including system implementation and change management.
  • Serve as a strategic thought leader on monetization, using operating metrics, customer data, competitive dynamics, and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Define near-term (1–2 quarters) and long-term (3–5 year) monetization strategies.
  • Lead customer, product, competitor, and financial analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with executives to develop pricing and packaging strategies and present to senior leadership, C-suite, and Board.
  • Drive operational execution of monetization strategies, coordinating with IT/Operations, Finance, Sales Enablement, and Deal Desk.
  • Establish and own pricing KPIs and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in strategy consulting and/or B2B software, ideally with 4+ years in pricing at enterprise-level SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-wide pricing strategies with measurable revenue impact.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including customer/competitor research and financial modeling.
  • Expertise in SaaS pricing, self-serve and sales-led go-to-market strategies, and customer buying behaviors.
  • Expert-level knowledge of pricing research techniques (e.g., Conjoint, Van Westendorp) and survey tools like Qualtrics.
  • Strong command of pricing trends, including AI pricing.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
