Senior Analyst

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Global Markets Strategic Finance & Analytics team, supporting the France and Netherlands markets. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Paris, France. The role involves partnering with Country Managers and cross-functional teams across EMEA to drive reporting, actionable insights, KPI tracking, investment decisions, and strategic problem-solving.

• Partner with Country Managers to drive performance management, including KPI development and analysis, OKRs, and performance measurement.
• Develop understanding of growth and efficiency levers, translating into investment cases and initiatives.
• Support annual planning and budgeting, assessing risks and opportunities, and debating strategies and capital allocation.
• Lead EMEA's monthly business review, explaining variance to goal and recommending actions.
• Model regulatory actions and potential mitigations to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing on channel and country spend decisions.
• Analyze regional impact of global product features and identify local optimization opportunities.
• Conduct deep dives into business trends, leading data extraction, analysis, visualization, and presentation.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytical roles such as Strategic Finance, FP&A, Strategy/Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, engineering, statistics, or related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Superb financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; SQL experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to synthesize complex information into narratives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel for financial modeling.
• Experience in B2C technology businesses preferred, especially Marketplace/Classifieds/E-Commerce; B2B technology experience considered.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in travel and hospitality is a plus.

France Annual Pay Range: €64,000—€75,000 EUR. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
