Role
Senior Business Performance Lead, Scheduling. This role is the business driver behind the scheduling product's growth story. Reports to the Senior Group Product Manager of Acuity Scheduling. Based at our New York City headquarters or remote.
Responsibilities
- Define the KPI and metrics framework for Acuity, working across functions to determine which measures reflect business health and customer outcomes.
- Own the business narrative, explaining performance across subscriber trends, revenue dynamics, and cohort behavior.
- Drive decision-making at the leadership level with analyses and frameworks for weekly business reviews, QBRs, and monthly deep-dives.
- Connect product signals to business outcomes, including cohort trends, churn patterns, and post-cancellation behavior.
- Serve as the primary partner to Data and Insights, driving analytics and data engineering teams to build what the business needs.
- Bring commercial intuition to the analysis, contextualizing numbers within the competitive scheduling market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or commercial analytics, ideally in a product-led or subscription business.
- Strategic and commercial thinker who leads with business outcomes.
- Proven ability to define and evolve metrics frameworks.
- Strong data storytelling skills for executive audiences.
- Technically fluent: comfortable writing SQL, working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar), and doing self-driven analysis.
- Experience as a cross-functional connector across finance, marketing, product, and data teams.
- Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills.
- Proven track record contributing to exec-facing reporting and decisions (WBRs, QBRs, board-level materials).
Compensation
Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD. Base salary varies based on skills, experience, and location. Eligible for stock option grant.
